BOD Meetings

The BOD normally meets on the first Thursday of each month at 19:00, in the lower hall of the clubhouse.

All Club Members are permitted to attend if they so desire. If you wish to bring an issue before the Board, please email the particulars to Paul Gilberti, no later than 09:00 on the day of the meeting, so it can be added to the agenda. Items not on the agenda will be considered after all other business has been conducted.

NO RANGES ARE CLOSED FOR THESE MEETINGS.
Members' Monthly Meetings

Club Members' Monthly Meetings are normally held on the third Thursday of each month,
January thru November, at 19:00, in the main hall of the clubhouse.

All Club Members are encouraged to attend. If you wish to bring an issue before the Membership, please email the particulars to Paul Gilberti, no later than 09:00 on the day of the meeting, so it can be added to the agenda. Items not on the agenda will be considered after all other business has been conducted.

THE INDOOR PISTOL RANGE IS CLOSED FROM 18:00 TO 21:00 DURING THESE MEETINGS.

You do not need any special software to join the meeting, but you will need speakers to listen in and a microphone to take part.

You may also join by mobile phone.

The online meeting links are listed on the Members Only page and will also be emailed to Club Members during the week prior to the meeting.

Annual Meeting

The Annual Club Meeting is held on the third Thursday of December, at 19:00 in the main hall of the clubhouse.

All Club Members are encouraged to attend. If you wish to bring an issue before the Membership, please email the particulars to Paul Gilberti, no later than 09:00 on the day of the meeting, so it can be added to the agenda. Items not on the agenda will be considered after all other business has been conducted.

This meeting differs from a Regular Monthly Meeting only in that the last item on the Agenda is the election of officers for the coming year and that food is served while the votes are tallied.
